At BOO, we work hard to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Because our products ship from an international fulfilment partner, shipping times may occasionally vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BOO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@boonutrition.com and we will try to update the order before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@boonutrition.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee so you can try BOO with confidence.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The order must have been purchased from the official BOO website
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
- Refunds are limited to one product per customer
If multiple units were purchased, the guarantee applies to one opened product only.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Shipping costs
- Additional units beyond the first refunded product
- Orders purchased through third-party retailers
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@boonutrition.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
